Kosova – A Dent, But Much More

A large group of young men gathered restlessly outside the area where we were showing the Jesus film in a village. They were agitated by the proclamation of the gospel. We quickly and quietly closed down the video projector and made our escape, seeing that our rioters were getting aggressive. As we drove away, they began throwing large rocks at the vehicles and we have a dent as a reminder of it.
But there were more significant results than the dented side panel of that outreach. We introduced many Kosovars to the truth of Jesus for the very first time. One very old woman gave her life to Jesus, and countless others watched the movie of Christ’s life. As a result, we have several new people attending church services including one young man of 17 years. He was threatened at gun point two years ago and we had the opportunity to pray with him about his past hurts and fears. He is interested to know the God who heals!
