AGWM Personnel in France, David Porter, shares this exciting testimony regarding the youth in France. Porter states, “When I finally checked my messages on my cell phone, Wednesday, I found an SMS from a young African man in our church in Reims saying ‘I was baptized in the Holy Spirit today.’
Some time ago he’d asked me how to be baptized in the Holy Spirit. ‘Pester the Lord to death,’ I told him. ‘Tell him that if he wants any peace in the throne room he’s going to have to fill you with the Spirit.’ However, he couldn’t seem to break through to receiving this gift of the Spirit.
On this particular weekend he was with 280 young people from the east of France and God visited him and many others.
Thirty young people were baptized in the Holy Spirit during this weekend of Pentecost! I’ve never heard of that in France in such a short period of time. Thirty young people! And others were renewed. One young lady said, ‘My heart is burning for Him again and I’m proud of it !!!’
We’re living in uncertain times but God is certain what He wants to do. I’m certain He’s planning to visit France in his love. As a matter of fact, He’s already doing it.”
