AGWM Personnel in Romania, Rick and Jan Cunningham, share the following report on the children's ministry. "Recently, with the help of three teams, KIDZ ROMANIA was able to visit 18 villages, do
12 outreaches, 8 school assemblies, 8 teas for mothers of kids, and 3 days of children's ministry training seminars. Over 500 kids were reached. All of this in one month's time!
Going back to Babadag was especially rewarding. It had been 2 years since we had done an outreach in this church. Kids arrived almost 3 hours early. They were so excited: girls in traditional Turkish Gypsy costumes with gold-looking bangles on their head covers, boys yelling and hitting each other in their excitement.
But most rewarding were the young men, now 17 and 18 years old, who 4 years ago had attended the camp. They came to pray with us, show off their babies (yes, they are married now) and thank us for what we had done for them. One young man, once hand-picked for training in a Middle East center, now wants to attend Bible College. And they begged us, "Please, can't you do a camp for these children too?"
