CHANGED LIVES IN SALZBURG

The new international church plant in Salzburg, Austria recently celebrated its one-year anniversary. This church is being "mothered"
by the Vienna Christian Center. This past summer, five people were baptized and two cell groups are meeting weekly to study and grow in God's word. The need now is to develop local leadership from within the church itself.
In the past few months, several people have come to accept the Lord as their Lord and Savior. Some of these are people who work in a local restaurant. One of the ladies has a 9-year-old son that came to a Bible study at the church. During that study time, he prayed to receive Jesus into his heart. This young boy has since been found by his mother standing in front of a cross, talking to Jesus. He comes from a non-Christian background family. Since coming to Christ, his mother noticed a dramatic change in her son and was trying to figure it out.
The mother also began to notice the changes in the other workers'
lives so she began asking them what had happened to them. She said, "Whatever happened, I want it!" She then came to the church and received Christ into her life. The Salzburg Christian Center is beginning to impact lives in that city.
